China Mobile Chairman Chen Zhongyue: Will build an integrated computing power network and deploy a super large-scale smart computing center.

At the opening ceremony of MWC Shanghai in 2026, Chairman of China Mobile, Chen Zhongyue, stated that the future of mobile intelligence will no longer be limited to any individual or individual and platform, but will extend to deep collaboration between humans and intelligence. In this regard, China Mobile will promote the deployment of 5G-A, 10 Gigabit Optical Network, integrated network of air, space and ground, with AI requirements driving 6G development; create a self-intelligent network; build an integrated computing power network, layout for large-scale intelligent computing center, and create a three-level collaborative computing power system of "center-edge-end". Chen Zhongyue also proposed a three-stage evolution of intelligent forms: from "off-body intelligence" of mobile phones, to "embodied intelligence" of humanoid robots, to "inner-body intelligence" of human-machine symbiosis, deeply integrating into the entire production and life scenes.
