In order to maintain the reputation of the company and its subsidiaries, and to prevent the public from suffering personal or property losses, the company hereby reminds that there is no equity affiliation or business cooperation between the company and its affiliates and Guofu Xinlian, Hongyi Venture, or their affiliates. The company has not signed any agreements with Guofu Xinlian, Hongyi Venture, or their affiliates, nor has it authorized Guofu Xinlian, Hongyi Venture, or their affiliates in any way. The company and its affiliates are not aware of and have not participated in any activities conducted by Guofu Xinlian, Hongyi Venture, or their affiliates. These activities are not related to the company in any way, and the company and its affiliates do not assume any responsibility for these activities.
