Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and venture capital with private equity funds. According to equity transparency through Qichacha, the company is jointly held by the Jiangxi Modern Industry Guidance Fund and Jiangxi Guokong Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.
