The company was established in January 1998, with Zhou Mingming as its legal representative. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, research and development of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies in the power industry, and research and development of Internet of Things technologies. It is wholly owned by Superpower Dynamics Limited.
