The State Council Information Office held a press conference on June 24, introducing the "Law on the Promotion of Ethnic Unity and Progress in the People's Republic of China" and the relevant situation of ethnic work in our country. Journalists learned from the press conference that from 2012 to 2025, the regional GDP of Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Tibet, Ningxia, and Xinjiang autonomous regions will increase from 3.25 trillion yuan to 8.66 trillion yuan, and people of all ethnic groups will jointly embark on a new journey of Chinese-style modernization construction.
