Nine departments: support the integration and upgrade of the car rental industry.

The Ministry of Commerce and 8 other departments have issued a notice on the cultivation and expansion of the aftermarket consumer market for automobiles, which includes support for the upgrading of the car rental industry. They aim to cultivate and expand operating entities, promote deep integration between rental companies and the automotive industry, and establish a complete industry chain through models such as collective procurement, repurchase, used car sales, and export of used cars. They support eligible car rental and battery operation entities to enjoy policies such as discounted loans. They also aim to enhance the supply capacity of car rental services, encourage branding, chain operation, and expansion of rental companies, improve the network of small and micro vehicle rental services, support innovative service models such as "returning cars in different locations" and "car rental with option to purchase", as well as innovate car rental insurance products, improve insurance services, and lower consumer vehicle costs.
