China Guoxin and China Building Materials signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China, China Guoxin and China National Building Material recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Xu Siwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Guoxin, stated that the two parties have a strong foundation for cooperation in areas such as fund investment, financial services, and overseas investment. He hopes that both sides can further deepen strategic cooperation, leverage the advantages of China Guoxin's state-owned capital operation toolbox, and help China National Building Material accelerate the creation of a "second growth curve" and build a world-class material industry investment group.
