Koji Pharmaceutical's solid tumor CAR-T therapy Kailimei will participate in this year's negotiation for the innovative drug catalog of commercial insurance.
Reporters learned from a investor exchange meeting held today by Koji Pharmaceutical Industries that, currently, the overall size of the commercialization team of Kaimi is close to 50 people. The drug is qualified for national commercial insurance certification this year and has applied for negotiations to be included in the list of innovative drug negotiations for commercial insurance. In the early stage of commercialization, Kaimi will focus on 100 top domestic oncology hospitals or comprehensive tertiary hospitals with oncology departments/cell therapy centers. After achieving initial volume in the domestic market, the company plans to simultaneously expand into overseas markets and promote the registration and listing process of Kaimi in key overseas markets through cooperation and development. On June 22nd, Koji Pharmaceutical Industries announced that their independently developed Claudin18.2 autologous humanized CAR-T cell therapy product Kaimi has been approved for listing, making it the world's first CAR-T cell therapy product approved for the treatment of solid tumors.
