Tianyancha App shows that recently, Sichuan Shenghuojia Home Furnishing Group Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, and the company name was changed to JD Home Decoration Group Co., Ltd. The company was established in July 2011, with the legal representative being Shi Yonggang, and a registered capital of approximately 17.91 million RMB. Its business scope includes residential interior decoration, construction project construction, and first-class value-added telecommunications services. It is jointly held by Beijing JD Century Trading Co., Ltd., Shenghuojia Home Furnishing Group Holding Co., Ltd., Hainan Yuezhuang Investment Partnership Enterprise, and Hainan Island Changxiang Life Investment Partnership Enterprise.
