The State Administration for Market Regulation unconditionally approves the acquisition of Wanwei Group by Conch Group.

The State Administration for Market Regulation released a list of concentration cases approved unconditionally from June 8th to June 14th, 2026, including the acquisition of shares of Anhui Waiwei Group Co., Ltd. by Anhui Hailuo Group Co., Ltd., and the establishment of a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Arabian National Oil Company.
