Local media HK01 quoted transaction records to report that the Chen family behind developer Wheelock sold a four-story luxury home in Repulse Bay, Hong Kong for 1.2 billion Hong Kong dollars. This super luxury home has a floor area of nearly 13,000 square feet, equivalent to 95,598 Hong Kong dollars per square foot, making it the most expensive single project in Hong Kong so far this year. The Chen family purchased the land for nearly 500 million Hong Kong dollars in 2011 and later rebuilt it.
