The US FAA selects Air Space Intelligence to create an AI air traffic control tool.

Air Space Intelligence company has won a contract with the US government to provide artificial intelligence technology for managing air traffic. The company has developed two AI tools for the Federal Aviation Administration: one for flight path planning and another for identifying congested areas and providing solutions to air traffic controllers. The US government stated that the new system will reduce flight delays, improve traffic flow, and increase airspace capacity, with the entire transition expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
