South Korean KOSPI index turns green after rising more than 2% earlier.

The South Korean KOSPI index is experiencing large fluctuations, currently flipping to a slight green with a decrease of 0.35%, after previously rising by over 2%. It had also dropped nearly 2% earlier in the morning session.
