Zhixin Finance APP News, Sisai Pharmaceuticals Group (02005) announced that the group has obtained the drug production registration certificate for methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets (100mg and 50mg) from the National Medical Products Administration of China (NMPA), belonging to the category 4 of chemical drugs. It is considered equivalent through consistency evaluation, making it the third domestic company to receive approval. Methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets are mainly used for the combined treatment of adult patients with primary Parkinson's disease and symptom fluctuations, in combination with levodopa and other Parkinson's disease drugs. The group's methylphenidate hydrochloride active pharmaceutical ingredient has been approved and registered by the NMPA for use in marketed formulations.
