The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued a notice on the implementation plan for promoting the enhancement and quality improvement of the service industry in Guangdong Province. It mentioned that it encourages top domestic and foreign companies to establish multinational company headquarters in Guangdong, supports leading express delivery companies in mergers and acquisitions and integration of domestic and foreign resources. It promotes the construction of postal and express delivery hubs in cities, improves express delivery end service facilities and the three-tier postal logistics system in counties and rural areas. It supports deep integration of postal services into the supply chain and industrial chain, encourages postal companies to open special agricultural postal lines for seafood, Lingnan fruits and vegetables, and southern medicinal materials. It supports companies in exploring commercial operation models for the application of unmanned vehicles in the postal sector, and promotes the large-scale application of unmanned drones for end delivery.
