Modern Automotive Group plans to convert Boston Dynamics into a wholly-owned subsidiary.

It is reported that Hyundai Motor Group will acquire a 9.65% stake in Boston Dynamics owned by SoftBank, turning the latter into a wholly-owned subsidiary. It is reported that the acquisition price is set at 500 billion Korean won.
