Almost all passengers on the "Holland America" cruise ship quarantined in the Netherlands have been allowed to return home.

On the 18th local time, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on social media that almost all passengers and crew members on the "Hondius" cruise ship quarantined in the Netherlands are now allowed to return home, including non-Dutch nationals.
