Kingston Financial Group (01943.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss after tax for the year not less than HK$140 million.

Zhito Finance APP News, Golden Stone Holdings Group (01943.HK) announced that the group is expected to record a net loss after tax of not less than HK$14 million for the year ending March 31, 2026 (current year), compared to a net loss of approximately HK$99.4 million for the year ending March 31, 2025. The expected decrease in the current year's loss is mainly attributed to (i) revenue increasing from approximately HK$173 million to approximately HK$556 million; and (ii) administrative expenses decreasing from approximately HK$48.8 million to approximately HK$30.8 million.
