Three Super New Materials announced that on June 18, 2026, the company's former controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zou Yuyao, signed the "Second Phase Share Transfer Agreement" with Wuxi Bodahere Technology Co., Ltd. Zou Yuyao intends to transfer 8.7354 million shares of the company held by him to Bodahere at a price of RMB 24.52 per share, accounting for 7.65% of the total share capital of the company, with a total transfer price of 214 million yuan. After the equity change, Bodahere will hold a 16.62% stake in the company.
