Lv Yang appointed as Chairman of British Sino Trust

On June 18th, the Beijing Financial Supervision Bureau approved the appointment of Lu Yang as the Chairman of Yingda International Trust Co., Ltd. Lu Yang officially took over the position from Yu Huajun as the Chairman of Yingda Trust. In June 2025, after the shareholders' meeting of Yingda Trust, it was agreed that Yu Huajun would resign from the positions of Chairman, Director, and Legal Representative, and Lu Yang was elected as the director to perform the duties of Chairman and Legal Representative. In January 2026, after the board of directors' deliberation, it was agreed to appoint Lu Yang as the Chairman. This marks the formal assumption of office following regulatory approval.
