Xiangyu Medical announced that it plans to issue no more than 48 million A-shares to specific investors, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 1.366 billion yuan. The net proceeds from the issuance, after deducting issuance expenses, will be used for the research and development of innovative rehabilitation medical products and to supplement working capital.
