Zhuangshi China (00298.HK) subsidiary Chinaculture.com sells 18.92 million shares of Beihai (00701.HK)

Smart Financial News App, Chuangshi China (00298.HK) and Chuangshi Institution International (00367) jointly announced that Chinaculture.com (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Chuangshi China) will conduct a series of market sales on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from April 22, 2026 (the day after the announcement date) to June 18, 2026, selling a total of 18.922 million shares of Beihai (Beihai Group Limited, stock code: 00701) held by them, with a total cash consideration of approximately HK$2.6 million (equivalent to an average of approximately HK$0.139 per share of Beihai, ranging from approximately HK$0.110 to HK$0.208 per share of Beihai)(excluding transaction costs).
