Tieke Railway (688569.SH): Metallurgical Tianyu plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1%

Eastern Prosperity Financial News App reported that Tieke Railway (688569.SH) has announced that, due to its own capital needs, the company's major shareholder Beijing MCC Tianyu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "MCC Tianyu") plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 2.1067 million shares through centralized competitive bidding transactions starting from the day of announcement disclosure until 15 trading days later, i.e. not more than 1% of the total share capital of the company. The specific period of reduction will be from July 13, 2026 to July 17, 2026.
