GAC Honda announces the patent for driver assistance system.

Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, the patent for "a V2X-based driving assistance system and automotive product" applied by Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Honda Automobile Research and Development Co., Ltd. has been published. The abstract shows that the V2X-based driving assistance system includes a V2X communication module, an on-board sensing module, and a processing module. The V2X communication module receives external perception information detected by external sensors through V2X communication, the on-board sensing module perceives the external environment and obtains on-board perception information, and the processing module generates driving decision assistance information by fusing external perception information with on-board perception information. This invention controls the process of the on-board sensing module perceiving the external environment by using the V2X communication module to receive a wide range of external perception information, thereby adjusting the amount of information to detect and process on-board perception information. It can achieve a balance between supporting driving decision assistance information and reducing the amount of information needed by combining and processing external perception information and on-board perception information. This invention is widely used in the automotive technology field.
