Far East China (02789.HK): Han Tianyi appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Yu Lianghui has submitted his resignation as the company secretary of Far East China (02789.HK) and will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company according to Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from June 19, 2026. Ms. Han Tianyi has been appointed as the new company secretary and one of the authorized representatives of the company, also effective from June 19, 2026, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Yu's resignation.
