WuXi AppTec announced that the company implemented a stock repurchase on June 18th, repurchasing 978,400 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.0396% of the existing issued shares before the event. The repurchase price per share was between 97.89 and 104.09 yuan, with a total payment of 100 million yuan. The repurchased A-shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan.
