China Soft Power Technology (02597): Haode Appointed as New Compliance Advisor

According to the announcement released by Xunzhong Communication (02597) on June 18, 2026, Howard Financing Limited (Howard) has been appointed as the new compliance advisor of the company in accordance with Rule 3A.27 of the Listing Rules, effective from June 20, 2026. This appointment will remain in effect until the earlier of the date specified in Rule 13.46 of the Listing Rules when the company's financial performance for the first complete financial year commencing after its initial listing date (i.e. for the financial year ending on December 31, 2026) is released, or the termination date specified in the compliance advisor agreement between the company and Howard (whichever is earlier).
