Precision Corporation Eddie announced that one of the actual controllers, Song Fei, directly holds 11.3422 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.32% of the total share capital. On June 17, 4.57 million shares were pledged and extended to June 17, 2027, accounting for 40.29% of its holding and 0.53% of the total share capital of the company; 1.1 million shares were released from pledge, accounting for 9.70% of its holding and 0.13% of the total share capital of the company. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and concerted action parties collectively hold 500 million shares, accounting for 58.40% of the total share capital, with 30.07 million shares pledged, accounting for 6.01% of the shares held by them and 3.51% of the total share capital of the company. The company stated that the pledge risk is controllable.
