Today, it was learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that as of April 2026, the National Certification and Accreditation Standardization Technical Committee has issued 113 national standards in the field of certification and accreditation, covering multiple key areas such as certification and accreditation, inspection and testing, and laboratory management. At the same time, 100% of relevant international standards for conformity assessment have been transformed, establishing a technical system of conformity assessment standards that align with international practices and fit domestic needs. The National Certification and Accreditation Standard Committee is now deeply integrated into the international governance system for conformity assessment standards, actively participating in the revision of international standards and leading the revision of ISO/CASCO conformity assessment international standards, accounting for 28% of the total. The adoption rate of Chinese expert opinions has exceeded 90%, and an increasing number of Chinese practices and experiences are being distilled into global consensus. China is gradually transitioning from a participant in international standard rules to a contributor and leader.
