China Automobile Dealers Association: In the first half of June, terminal dealers saw a simultaneous decline in customer traffic, orders, and sales.
According to the China Automobile Dealers Association, in the first half of June, due to factors such as increasing high temperatures and rainy weather, busy agricultural seasons, disturbances caused by the college entrance examination period, and overspending of early demand in various locations during the "May Day" holiday car shows, there was a simultaneous decline in customer flow, orders, and sales at dealership terminals. However, historically, June has shown a seasonal pattern of being "quiet in the early stages and picking up in the later stages". It is expected that in the second half of the month, with dealers starting their semi-annual performance push, gradual recovery of production capacity and delivery of new cars launched earlier, promotions for the Dragon Boat Festival and the 618 shopping festival, as well as release of new demand during the graduation season and summer holidays, the market will experience a phased recovery and rebound, overall showing a rhythm characteristic of "adjustment and decline in the first half of the month, with recovery and increase in sales volume in the second half of the month".
