Two Saudi oil tankers were spotted in the waters outside the Strait of Hormuz, previously near Dubai.
Two fully loaded oil super-tankers controlled by the Saudi Arabian National Shipping Company Bahri have appeared in the Gulf of Oman, after last signaling their location two months ago in the Persian Gulf. Ship tracking data shows that the Shaden and Jaham tankers began signaling on Thursday morning near the Fuchairla area outside the Persian Gulf. They were last seen in April near Dubai in the Persian Gulf. These super-tankers are carrying approximately 4.2 million barrels of crude oil, loaded from the Juaymah and Ras Tanura ports in Saudi Arabia in late February; however, just days later, the US and Israel carried out attacks on Iran.
