According to the website of Qinyuan County government, on June 18th, Qinyuan County held a meeting for all county leaders, announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Committee and Municipal Party Committee regarding the appointment of main responsible comrades of Qinyuan County Committee. After research and decision by the Provincial Party Committee and Municipal Party Committee: Comrade Cui Zhengling was appointed as a member of the Changzhi Municipal Party Committee, standing committee member, member and secretary of the Qinyuan County Committee, and Comrade Guo Lidong was appointed as a member of the Qinyuan County Committee, standing committee member, and deputy secretary. The meeting was chaired and addressed by Ding Xiaoqiang, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and the decision of appointment by the Provincial Party Committee and Municipal Party Committee was announced by Huang Guozhen, standing committee member and Minister of Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee. On the same day, the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Qinyuan County decided to appoint Guo Lidong as the Deputy County Mayor and Acting County Mayor of Qinyuan County.
