The agreement on jointly building a cooperation framework for the science and technology innovation finance ecosystem was signed in Shanghai.

At the 2026 Lujiazui Forum, China Great Wall Asset, with China Bank, China CITIC Financial Assets, China Eastern Asset, and Shanghai Guotou Company, jointly signed a cooperation framework agreement for building a science and technology financial ecosystem. The cooperation, initiated by China Bank, focuses on Shanghai's three leading industries, innovatively creating an integrated model of "equity investment + banking services + AMC capital activation" to cover the entire life cycle of science and technology companies. According to the agreement, during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, all parties to the cooperation will jointly invest billions of funds to build a multi-level fund cluster and service closed-loop.
