Reporters learned from industry sources today that Orient Zirconic has issued a product price adjustment notice, deciding to increase the prices of its related zircon products starting from June 18, 2026. Specifically, the price of zirconium oxychloride products will be increased by 1500 yuan per ton, zirconium dioxide products by 4500 yuan per ton, and zirconium fuse products by 2000 yuan per ton. Prices of other zircon series products will also be adjusted accordingly. In response to this, Orient Zirconic stated, "Mainly due to the increase in raw material prices, it is uncertain whether prices will continue to rise or adjust in the future." The company had already increased the prices of related zircon series products in April this year. Zircon sand, as the upstream raw material of the zircon industry, has seen a significant increase this year. According to Mysteel statistics, the price of zircon sand as of June 18 is 11400 yuan per ton, representing a 25% increase year-to-date.
