According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Shanghai Hongxin Yiheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with business scope including: artificial intelligence theory and algorithm software development; artificial intelligence application software development; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots, etc. The equity penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Hongxin Yiheng Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hongdou Group.
