The company plans to globally issue 33.3444 million H shares, with 10% being offered publicly in Hong Kong (subject to reallocation) and 90% internationally (subject to reallocation), with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The offer price per share is HK$15.6 to HK$20.28, with a trading unit of 200 H shares per lot.
