On June 17th local time, US President Trump stated that over the past two days he had discussed various issues with G7 members and partner countries, including the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Trump said he had communicated separately with Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky, and briefed other world leaders on his previous conversation with Putin. Trump reiterated his hope to continue efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
