The executing partner is Yancheng Jiyue Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, with a total investment of 1 billion RMB. The business scope includes engaging in private equity funds for equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities. The partners of this fund include Jiangsu Province Marine Economy Equity Investment Fund, China Merchants Group's Zhongji Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., Funing County Fukai Technology Entrepreneurship Development Co., Ltd., Yueda Capital Co., Ltd., and Yancheng Jiyue Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise.
