Alibaba Technology announces the release of 3D TokenPU chip for large-scale model inference.

On June 17th, Suanmiao Technology announced that its 3D TokenPU chip A4E, designed for large-scale inferencing, has officially entered mass production, marking China's achievement in the high-end AI computing chip field. This accomplishment was realized through the use of domestic supply chains and the adoption of a 3D hybrid stacking architecture for specialized processors designed for large models.
