China's first key industrial product carbon footprint database officially released

Today is National Low Carbon Day, and the first key industrial product carbon footprint database in China, led by the China Industrial Internet Research Institute, has officially launched. The database covers various industries nationwide and fills the domestic data gap. It serves domestic carbon assessment, industry green and low carbon transformation, and external export for enterprises, providing a unified, authoritative, and comparable "measurement" for industrial product carbon footprint accounting. The database gathers over 100,000 real data on industrial product carbon footprints in the past decade, covering 27 key industries such as photovoltaic, lithium batteries, and non-ferrous metals.
