Leshushi (02698.HK) subsidiary Sunmart has entered into a forward foreign exchange contract with a bank.

The Wisdom Financial APP learns that Luxshu (02698.HK) announced that on June 15, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Sunmart entered into a forex forward contract with a bank. Accordingly, Sunmart agreed to sell a total of 29.9 million euros and buy a total of 34.694 million US dollars on the relevant delivery date to hedge against the exchange rate fluctuation risk faced by the group's foreign currency assets.
