Hong Kong stocks closed at midday, with the Hang Seng Index falling 0.37% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rising 0.17%. The Hang Seng Connect ETF Yinhua fell 0.16% and the Hong Kong Technology ETF Penghua fell 0.35%. In terms of sectors, the building products and industrial conglomerates sectors had the largest gains, while the energy equipment and services and automobile sectors had the largest losses. In terms of individual stocks, Topview Electronics Technology rose by 118.52%, Cheetah Mobile rose by 33.57%, Jiantao Group rose by 16.87%, China National Building Material rose by 16.45%, and MicroPort Robotics-B rose by 12.49%. Botai Carlink fell by 9.7%, Youran Animal Husbandry fell by 8.05%, Mingli Technology-W fell by 8.02%, Topu CNC fell by 7.52%, and Jiaxin International Resources fell by 6.92%.
