According to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Jiangsu Chia-tai-T11 (02616) has recently witnessed a concentrated increase in holdings by several directors. Since early June, executive director Dr. Yang Jianxin, non-executive directors Li Wei, Hu Zhengguo Hitchner III Kenneth Walton and four directors have collectively increased their holdings by approximately 1.8065 million shares, with the total investment estimated to exceed HK$8 million. Among them, Dr. Yang Jianxin, who has been CEO since August 2022, has accumulated over 13.38 million shares with his own funds, representing a 4.54% stake, demonstrating his long-term commitment to the company's development. In addition, Jiangsu Chia-tai-T11 began implementing a share buyback on June 15th.
