According to the legal litigation information of Tianyancha, recently, Tongxiang Hecreat Deli Erqi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise has added two new equity freeze information. The executed persons are Zhang Yong and Fang Yunzhou, with a total frozen equity amount of 116 million RMB and a freeze period of three years. The executing court is the People's Court of Changning District, Shanghai. The partnership was established in September 2022, with Zhang Yong as the managing partner, a capital contribution of 200 million RMB, and its business scope is enterprise management consulting. It is jointly funded by Zhang Yong, Qian Dezhu, Chen Yaoguang, and Fang Yunzhou.
