Recently, JD Group's indirectly controlled company Shanghai Xingshu Tian Suan Aerospace Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Telecom's Shanghai branch. In this strategic cooperation, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in five aspects: data infrastructure supply, space computing results transformation, equity investment cooperation, technological innovation, and multi-channel market promotion. China Telecom will prioritize the scheduling of computing power and network resources for Xingshu Tian Suan, jointly promote the synergistic development of "days of computation and integration of heaven and earth", and build a closed loop of space computing industry. The two parties will explore deeper capital cooperation in the form of direct investment or fund investment, jointly cultivate strategic emerging business growth points. Public information shows that JD Group holds 60% of the shares of Xingshu Tian Suan's parent company, Xuntian Qianhe, and indirectly controls Xingshu Tian Suan.
