Daimi Stock: Xiao Chuanlong resigns as the secretary of the board of directors, and Wang Qingtao takes over.

On June 16th, Daimex Corporation announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the board secretary, Xiao Chuanlong, due to work adjustments. Xiao Chuanlong applied to resign from the position of board secretary, but will continue to serve as the chief financial officer of the company after resigning. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. The company held the fourth meeting of the seventh board of directors on June 16th and agreed to appoint Wang Qingtao as the new board secretary. His term will start from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the seventh board of directors' term.
