Yinfei Storage announced that shareholder Jin Yueyue holds 28.2132 million shares of the company, accounting for 9.59% of the total share capital. On June 15, he released the pledge of 25.6642 million shares, accounting for 90.97% of his shareholding and 8.72% of the total share capital. After this release, Jin Yueyue and the concerted action Chang Longtai Shi hold shares without any pledges. However, Jin Yueyue still has 28.2132 million shares marked by the judiciary, accounting for 100% of his shareholding. This will not lead to a change in control of the company or affect its daily operations.
