National Bureau of Statistics: The total retail sales of consumer goods in May totaled 2.06 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.4% year-on-year.

According to the Smart Finance app, on June 16, the National Bureau of Statistics data showed that from January to May, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the country were 20.6031 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.4%. Among them, the retail sales of consumer goods excluding automobiles were 19.0022 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.7%. In May, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the country were 4.109 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.6%. Among them, the retail sales of consumer goods excluding automobiles were 3.7781 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.1%.
