According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on June 16th, the National Bureau of Statistics released the basic situation of national fixed asset investment from January to May 2026. From January to May, the national fixed asset investment (excluding rural households) was 17.8512 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.1% (calculated by comparable caliber). Among them, investment in intellectual property products increased by 9.3% year-on-year. In terms of industries, investment in the primary industry was 3.887 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.9% year-on-year; investment in the secondary industry was 64.989 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.1%; investment in the tertiary industry was 109.636 trillion yuan, a decrease of 6.8%.
