The 7th Annual Qingdao Summit for Leaders of Multinational Corporations Opens, with Attendance from 105 Fortune Global 500 Companies

On June 15th, the 7th Qingdao Summit of Multinational Corporations was held at the Qingdao International Conference Center. The theme of this summit was "Multinational Corporations and China - Join Hands in the '15th Five-Year Plan' Towards a New Future". The summit included an opening ceremony, main forum, meetings and talks, parallel forums, and more than 20 activities in total. It also continued to release the research report on "Multinational Corporations in China", comprehensively introducing China's opening policy in the '15th Five-Year Plan', market opportunities, and innovation space, promoting multinational companies' deep integration into China's industrial chain, supply chain, and innovation chain, sharing the dividends of the Chinese market, sharing the results of innovative development, and sharing the dividends of institutional openness. Building on the high-quality guest resources of the previous six summits and maintaining the high specifications of the summit, this summit focused on the new trends in cooperation between multinational companies and China in the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, continuously expanding the summit's "circle of friends". It attracted 357 multinational companies from 44 countries and regions to participate, including 105 Fortune 500 companies and 252 industry-leading enterprises. The proportion of modern service industry enterprises attending reached a record high of 20%.
